Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AI Sprite Maker covering accounts, credits, subscriptions, acceptable use, the API and MCP server, and liability.
- You need to be at least 13 (16 in the EEA and UK) to use the service.
- Generations cost credits. Daily free credits reset every day, plan credits reset each billing period, pack credits never expire.
- A job that fails returns its reserved credits automatically.
Privacy Policy
What personal data AI Sprite Maker collects and why, which sub-processors handle it (Cloudflare, Stripe, Plausible, AI providers), retention, your rights.
- The free browser tools process your files on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
- We collect what we need to run your account, generate sprites and take payment. We don't sell data and don't run ad trackers.
- Analytics are Plausible, which sets no cookies and stores no personal data.
Refund Policy
When you can get a refund: your first subscription payment within 7 days if under 20% of its credits are used, and unused credit packs within 14 days.
- First subscription payment, monthly or yearly: full refund within 7 days if you've used less than 20% of the credits it gave you.
- Credit packs: full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.
- Renewals aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan to the end of the period.
Commercial License
Who owns the sprites you make with AI Sprite Maker and what you may do with them. Every plan, including Free, includes commercial use with no watermark.
- As between you and us, you own the sprites you generate. We claim no ownership of them.
- Every plan, Free included, lets you use your sprites commercially. No watermark, no attribution.
- That permission is permanent. It stays if you cancel, downgrade or stop using the service.
